- You grant us a limited license to use your brand assets for campaign purposes.
- Termination
We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment or violation of these Terms, per the service agreement. - Limitation of Liability
Delta Solutions Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including campaign performance outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service. - Governing Law
