Delta Solutions Marketing is committed to client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines our refund terms for social media marketing and influencer services.
- Campaign Services
- Refunds are subject to your service agreement.
- If a campaign has not started, you may request a refund within 7 days of payment, subject to a 15% administrative fee.
- No refunds are available once campaign work (e.g., content creation, influencer outreach) has begun.
- Retainer Services
Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable unless specified in your agreement. - Cancellations
- You may cancel campaigns per your agreement. Refunds depend on work completed and are at our discretion.
- Submit cancellation requests to support@deltasolutionsmarketing.com.
- Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method, excluding third-party fees. - Performance Disputes
Campaign performance is not guaranteed due to external factors (e.g., platform algorithms). We will work to resolve concerns but do not offer refunds for performance outcomes. - Contact Us
