Refund Policy for Delta Solutions Marketing

Delta Solutions Marketing is committed to client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines our refund terms for social media marketing and influencer services.

  1. Campaign Services
    • Refunds are subject to your service agreement.
    • If a campaign has not started, you may request a refund within 7 days of payment, subject to a 15% administrative fee.
    • No refunds are available once campaign work (e.g., content creation, influencer outreach) has begun.
  2. Retainer Services
    Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable unless specified in your agreement.
  3. Cancellations
    • You may cancel campaigns per your agreement. Refunds depend on work completed and are at our discretion.
    • Submit cancellation requests to support@deltasolutionsmarketing.com.
  4. Processing Refunds
    Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method, excluding third-party fees.
  5. Performance Disputes
    Campaign performance is not guaranteed due to external factors (e.g., platform algorithms). We will work to resolve concerns but do not offer refunds for performance outcomes.
